Oceanside apartment easily accommodates four people. It has a single bedroom w/2 two queen beds . However, after many requests from previous guests we now allowup to SIX guests using a pullout bed. This is at your own personal discretion, and additional guests are $75 per person per night. Please fill out the reservation form accurately if you wish to exercise this option. Otherwise, please consider the “Master Suites” downstairs that sleeps up to 8. The viewing deck at Sea Lion Rock Vacation Rentals is a shared area. Feel free to relax.
One of the common areas on the estate. You may see other guests from the main house.The guest quarters enjoy a full sized kitchen with dishwasher and full size appliances. Even a little grill on your deck for evening cookouts. There is a nice sized living room and a seating area that all have spectacular views. In fact, the sliding glass door open to the private upstairs deck with the best views of the entire home, and it’s truly the apartments obvious featured gem. There are two separate entrances and exclusive to the second floor.
Down the hallway from the ktichen you’ll find the bedroom with 2 queen beds, directly across from that is the bathroom with a tub and shower combination, plenty of storage and nice vanity. If you are fitting six people, the other two people can use the living oom pullout bed.
